An effective bug report should contain the following: Title/Bug ID Environment Steps to Reproduce a Bug Expected Result Actual Result Visual Proof (screenshots, videos, text) of Bug Severity/Priority  Title/Bug ID:  The title should provide a quick description of the bug.
